Simulation Research On Token Incentive Mechanism Of Virtual Knowledge Community Based On Blockchain

Nowadays,social and economic development is growingly dependent on the production,utilization and re-creation of knowledge.Meanwhile,organizations and individuals aspire to internalize knowledge into a huge driving force.As information network technology develops,the virtual knowledge community has become an important platform for individuals and organizations to share knowledge.However,lack of effective incentive mechanisms,traditional virtual knowledge communities generally face several problems such as inefficiency of knowledge sharing,difficulty in identifying high-quality content,and low enthusiasm of users to participate in the long term.Blockchain technology is seen as a new hope to reshape human Internet activity.Its unique advantages bring possibilities for improving the efficiency of knowledge sharing in virtual communities.How blockchain technology will facilitate users to participate in knowledge sharing community and whether this incentive effect is significant have become an issue that needed to be explored further.In order to solve problems mentioned above,this paper concentrate on the blockchain-based virtual community knowledge sharing as the research object.Firstly,the knowledge sharing,blockchain tokens,system dynamics and other aspects were sorted and studied in the literature review;then based on the system dynamics theory with the Steemit as an example,the incentive mechanism of the virtual knowledge community based on blockchain is analyzed and modeled.Then,through simulation and policy simulation,the influence of different factors on community knowledge sharing behavior is studied.Finally,combined with the analysis results to provide policy recommendations for knowledge sharing for users of the same type of virtual community.This paper found out:(1)The introduction of token mechanism is the main incentive for the current virtual knowledge community based on blockchain;(2)The simulation results of Steemit show that while various types of community users are in the form of “S” Growth,community knowledge sharing behavior is characterized by long-term accelerated growth.community knowledge sharing quality will fluctuate in different development periods,but overall show growth trend;(3)knowledge discovery behavior and knowledge generation behavior of blockchain virtual community are significantly affected by the changes of token incentive policy.The community rewards knowledge sharing accounts for the proportion of new tokens,the proportion of reward knowledge discoverers,token prices and annual inflation rates had an optimal solution range.
