The significant contribution that private enterprises made to nationaldevelopment is widely recognized in many countries, developed and developingcountries alike. Concomitant to this, Private Enterprises occupy a prominent positionin the development agenda and essentially become part of the overall nationaldevelopment strategy in most countries. Compared with the State-Owned Enterprises(SOEs) and the multinational companies, Private Enterprises have both competitiveadvantages and setbacks, which should be circumvented in accelerating on theirinternationalization process. After China's entry to WTO, China's macro economy has grown smoothly inrecent years, due to which Chinese private enterprises have gotten more opportunitiesto develop themselves. On that good condition, the internationalization of Chineseprivate enterprises becomes not only necessary, but also significant to the nationaleconomy. Through internationalization, the companies could make full use of themarket and resource inside and outside the country in pursuit of more interests.China's recent rapid growth is also linked to the emergence of many new PrivateEnterprises. Because of Chinese Private Enterprises' distinctive characteristics, specialattention should be paid and government policies should be given to these enterprises.Chinese government should encourage the private enterprises to makeinternationalization strategy and provide corresponding services for them on their way going abroad. The government could pave the way for their process ofinternationalization in every aspect.
