Chinese Private Enterprises Globalization

Since the reform and opening up in 1978,China's foreign trade has developed rapidly,especially after joining the World Trade Organization(WTO),China has played a very important role in the development of global trade.In the current wave of economic globalization,the economic and trade relations of various countries are getting closer.The rapid development of science and technology has improved the efficiency of resource globalization.And enterprises in various countries have gradually begun to allocate resources on a global scale.China's private enterprises are no exception.After the success of mergers and acquisitions from IBM,Lenovo has developed to become PC market leading enterprises,and now Huawei has 199,635 million yuan of overseas assets.Chinese enterprises expand increasingly on the road of"Going-Out".What kind of development strategy should Chinese private enterprises choose in transnational development,and how to deal with existing short-term and long-term strategic problems in the process of globalization,all of which need to be carefully studied and considered.Based on the internship experience of the author's participation in the professional postgraduate training process,this paper takes New Hope Group's globalization strategy as an example to analyze the current situation,problems and strategic option of the globalization of Chinese private enterprises.The first part is the introduction,it expounds the purpose and significance of the research.Then there is the research route.And the paper summarizes the key findings and deficiencies.The second part reviews some theories which especially include the theory of enterprise globalization strategy and reviews the research results of foreign and Chinese scholars,mainly including the reasons for the option of enterprise globalization strategy and the way of strategic choice and the effect analysis of the implementation of the globalization strategy.The third part elaborates the globalization strategy of private enterprises in China,and analyzes it from the following four aspects:the globalization development process of private enterprises in China,the current situation,the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of private enterprises in China,the problems existing in the globalization strategy of private enterprises in China.In the fourth part the paper analyzes the international strategy option of New Hope Group.The paper uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the globalization strategy of New Hope Group,and summarizes the characteristics of strategic choice in the globalization process.This thesis uses SWOT matrix to analyze the combination strategy and put forward corresponding countermeasures.In the fifth part,the paper corresponds implications and recommendations with the analysis of the above.The author mainly uses SWOT analysis method and Potter's five force model of structure to analyze the business environment of New Hope Group,and further analyzes its strategic option of globalization operation.New Hope Group implemented the globalization strategy earlier and has certain reference value in the option of globalization strategy.Therefore,a detailed analysis of the company's globalization strategy selection can provide certain help for the development of Chinese enterprises' globalization.
