A Study For Different Pathways And Modes Of Internationalization Of Chinese Private Enterprises

This paper studies pathways and modes with relative data and representative cases of internationalization of private enterprises in Zhejiang province. The author uses normative methods, inclusive of empirical study, theoretic study, case study ,epagoge, illation and econometric testing to help her to carry out the research.The author first makes a review for current literatures specialized in exploring pathways and modes for internationalization of private enterprises from China and abroad, on the basis of the review , the author distinguishes tow pathways of internationalization for private enterprises in Zhejiang province, explains different reasons for different pathways, after studying relevant cases and examining data for private enterprises in Zhejiang province, the author divides modes of internationalization of private enterprises into three exporting, specialized markets , FDI ,and explains causes of three modes by empirical study, theoretic study and case study, Then , the author analyzes effects for internationalization of private enterprises by empirical study, theoretic study and econometric testing , In the last part, the author makes a summary of main conclusions of the research and brings up with some suggestions about how to boost internationalization of private enterprises for government and for private enterprises in China .
