On the theory of. motivation's crowding theory, this paper discuss about themotivation mode of knowledge workers in the new economy situation. Afteranalyzing the knowledge worker's dimission situation in private enterprise ofZhejiang and study the situation of knowledge transfer and motivation, this paperestablish the motivation mode to promote knowledge transfer from employee toorganization and offer a new method to manage knowledge workers.This paper divide the knowledge worker into three parts: intrinsic motivation,extrinsic motivation and synthetical motivation. According to employee's motivationtypes, the methods to encourage knowledge workers are divided into three parts too.We bring forward nine hypothesis according to the established motivation mode. Wecollect data by using questionnaire. We adopt factor and one-way anova analysis tovalidate the hypothesis by SPSS13.0 statistic software. Through the empirical and theoretical studies, we found out three main conclusions: 1,The effect of knowledgetransfer from employee to organization is best when encouraging intrinsic motivationtype by intrinsic measures; 2,The effect of knowledge transfer from employee toorganization is best when encouraging extrinsic motivation type by extrinsic measures;3,The effect of knowledge transfer from employee to organization is best whenencouraging synthetize motivation type by synthetize measuresAt the end of this paper, we put forward some relevant measures and giveprospect for next research aspect.
