With the rapid development of science and technology,a knowledge driven business environment has been formed and resulted the advent of knowledge based economy.Knowledge helps to promote the prominent factors of economic and social development and these factors determine the success or failure of enterprises,in the competition and resource allocation.Therefore,the workers' knowledge is as an important asset for the enterprises and organizations.However,from the current situation of domestic enterprises in Cambodia shows a serious issue which is the lack of proper personnel allocation.Most domestic enterprises not keep themselves up to date and needed for the development country.This paper studies enterprise staff knowledge work motivation and its impact on enterprise performance,on the basis of the construction of a new enterprise human resources management system,which focus on how to more effective and reasonable knowledge management of staff.As a result of individual difference existed in enterprise employees,this study is based on staff knowledge,age,gender,education level,working years and other personal attributes as regulating variable,to make the results more realistic and reliable.In terms of corporate performance structure design,this study is based on task performance,the classification of the relationship between performance and an adaptive performance.In detail it can be divided into learning performance and innovation performance,this segmentation makes enterprise performance theory more complete.Studies show that employees work motivation can be identified as an index to measure and predict enterprise employees' creative behavior and job satisfaction,job persistence,and the mental health status of employees.At the first,this study followed literature survey method,to determine the definition of enterprise work motivation and job performance,structure and measurement of dimension.Secondly,after collected data,empirical analysis method was used to analyze the correlation between enterprise work motivation and job performance,as well as the impact of work motivation on work performance.Based on findings and results this research study concluded,some suggestions on knowledge management of workers in enterprises.The full text is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background,purpose and significance of this research,the content,thinking,research method,structure arrangement and innovation of the research.The second,chapter is literature review,which mainly summarized and reviewed relevant research achievements at home and abroad.The third chapter is the empirical research hypothesis,including the theoretical framework design,the interpretation of relevant variables,the research idea and the questionnaire design.The fourth chapter is the analysis,through the empirical analysis,data reliability and validity analysis,variance analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis and empirical test results,to verify the relationship between work motivation and job performance.Chapter five described the research results and related suggestions to improve enterprise staff knowledge and enhance performance and discussed about the future researches.This research reference related literature and theory,combined with the actual situation of domestic companies in Cambodia compiled the knowledge-based employees work motivation and job performance questionnaire ",through to the Cambodian capital Phnom Penh city enterprise knowledge staff questionnaires,used 497 valid questionnaires as sampleAccording to the needs of this study is to build a research framework includes work motivation and job performance,is proposed in this study to verify the core assumption of knowledge staff work motivation and job performance have significant positive correlation,namely the strength of the employees' work motivation,he has the higher performance.In order to support the core hypothesis,it was divided into two parts,and two hypotheses are put forward respectively: there is a significant positive correlation between internal motivation and job performance.There is a significant positive correlation between external motivation and job performance.By split the two assumptions,and put forward the following hypothesis: the internal motivation and performance of the work there is significant positive correlation between each dimension,the external motivation and performance of the work there was significant positive correlation between each dimension.
