Research On The Interaction Of Logistics Park Construction And Area Economy In Pearl River Delta Based On System Dynamics

The first domestic logistics park Pinghu logistics park was constructed in the Pearl RiverDelta (PRD) area in1998, up to now, the Pearl River Delta region has already constructed andis planning more than30logistics parks. With the development of logistics park, governmentsat all levels in the Pearl River Delta pursuits the construction of logistics park with notunderstanding the meaning and substance of the logistics park. So many problems begin tohighlight, such as the logistics park planning and the regional planning are out of line, thelogistics park construction and the actual demand is out of line, coordinated planning betweenlogistics park are not enough, enterprises stationed rate is low, low level of informationtechnology, the phenomenon of enclosure in the name of construct and so on. Unreasonableplanning, blind construction is a great waste of social resources. Logistics Park as animportant element of regional economy, not only provide transportation, warehousing,distribution and other logistics related business for enterprises, reduce their costs, but also canpromote the region to form growth pole, drive the development of regional economy, optimizethe allocation of resources. Therefore, to study the relation between the Pearl River Deltalogistics park construction and the regional economic development, can help the Pearl RiverDelta logistics park planners at all levels of government understand the connotation of thelogistics park deeply, make scientific and rational logistics park planning, maximize theeffectiveness of the logistics park, and to promote regional economic development in thePearl River Delta.In this paper, I state the situation and the existing problems of the Pearl River Deltaregional economic and logistics park firstly. Then I analysis the relationship between thelogistics park and regional economy qualitatively. And thus establish a SD model, thensimulate this model with Pinghu logistics park to prove the rationality l and reliability of themodel.The results show that, there is still a large space for the development of the economy in thePRD region, the PRD region should remain logistics development speed and rationally planthe layout of logistics parks, strengthen the integration of park resources, train and introducecomprehensive talents, improve the logistics technology level, make some preferential policies, reduce the cost of social logistics appropriately, to make mutual promotion andcoordinated development between logistics park and regional economy.
