The logistics industry, as a significant economic support industry, has consumed a lot of energy, along with air pollution to the environment during logistic activities. The logistics park is an important node in logistics system, which undertakes most of the logistics activities. The logistics park is an important hub for logistics, warehousing, centralized distribution and distribution processing. Its operation needs to consume large amounts of energy. The construction of logistics parks has great significance for logistics intensive production, reducing energy consumption and pollutant emissions. And it is good for sustainable social economic development as well. Therefore, the energy-saving and emission-reducing of the logistics park has become an important strategic objectives of current logistics industry.The logistics park is a complex system. Its sustainable development is closely related to regional economic development, environment and resources. The energy-saving and emission-reducing system in logistics park was analyzed and studied with the method of system dynamics in this paper. Taking the logistics park as object, and its energy-saving and emission-reducing as an entry point, the system dynamic model of logistics park was established from the Macro point of view, which gave fully consideration of the interaction between internal factors and external environment impact. The model was tested to prove that it could simulate the real situation, and could be used for the simulation analysis of the energy-saving and emission-reducing system in logistics parks. With an application of a logistics park in Harbin, the simulation results of energy-saving and emission-reducing system in logistics park were analyzed. Finally, on the basis of theoretical and simulation analysis, some recommendations for the establishment of environment-friendly logistics park was proposed in the paper. Suggestions of future logistics park planning and development, especially in energy-saving and emission-reducing work was put forward. This paper plays an important role for reference of promoting sustainable development as well as formulating energy-saving strategy of logistics industry.
