The marketing strategies and tactics will be improved when the external circumstance and market conditions change. It mainly reflects that when market conditions change, ideas, means and combinatorial strategies for the marketing shall be improved to meet situation needs and controlling situation for enterprises initiatively. The enterprises take needs of customers and market as their orientation, pay close attention to create the cooperative relationship of long-term stability with their customers, and provide products of fine and cheap quality and satisfying service for their customers. It requires enterprises to lay stress on the combinatorial marketing strategies that they not only shall consider their products, prices, circulations and sales promotion, but also must take the customers as the center, think over how their cost, how give service to them and communicate with them, really have the customers in their mind, and aim a long-term and sustainable development for the enterprises.It is a sharp competition in the market that a series of products of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) of Fujian Textile & Chemical Fiber Group Co., Ltd is faced with. Since the competition are sharpening and the circumstances which the company is faced are always changing, bring about the company shall reorient in the market for themselves and redesign its marketing strategies. With studying the marketing strategies to the company's products, it may further improve its marketing and be consulted and followed by the similar companies.In the article, firstly introduces background, purpose and meaning for its selected topic, then, gives an exposition to theory on the marketing, analyzes advantages and disadvantages to three technological processes for PVA in detail, analyzes PVA situation, structure and feature of its market, and discriminates the competitors and makes a aggregative appraisement, and works out its marketing strategies according to analyzing general situations of Fujian Textile & Chemical Fiber Group Co., Ltd, the structures of a series of PVA products, situations of its resources and its SWOT, eyes on the importance of marketing strategies to instruct the company to carry out its marketing strategies and tactics, thereby, work out the marketing tactics to the products of PVA for the company, stress relationship marketing and service marketing, carry out strategies of satisfied the customers, finally, work out and put marketing into effect. In the article, also put forward some proposals and ideas for the future to the company according to the deficiency in the article.
