Research On Team-building Of Zhe Jiang Private Entrepreneurs

Because the background of the previous research about team-building is modern corporation regimentation, so emphasis of the research is the managers on condition that ownership and management is divided, the emphasis of the project is restructure about stimulus mechanism. However, the private entrepreneur team is not only the owner of the corporation but also the manager, that the project under the background of the former is not the direction to the team-building and will not be accepted by them also.This is the thread which the dissertation follows with. Before find that these problem conduce with the team and the government, the author of dissertation has analyses entrepreneur- constitution, the regional culture, economics conditions and the corporation developing. By interview with the entrepreneur team to find out the background of founding, management conditions and team conflict, the dissertation analyses these problem with environment, humanity liberty, team-role and extraction regimentation, then track down the reason and draw a conclusion with the theorization and empirical research. The project about two aspect of the team improvement and the environment developing includes three phase that team adjustment, stimulus mechanism designing, persistent team improvement.
