In recent years,many enterprises in the knowledge worker stimulation and management problems.IT enterprises in particular representatives of high-tech enterprises,relatively widespread lack of incentives,and the high turnover rate of employees,such phenomena as the rise in the cost management.The 21st century,humanity has entered the era of knowledge economy,competition among enterprises,and knowledge creation,use and value-added and the rational allocation of resources,knowledge depend in the end on the carrier-to achieve a knowledge-based staff.To this end,we need to encourage this type of staff and management of specialized study.China Telecom is China's Gansu Web Telecom wholly owned subsidiary of China Telecom in accordance with the overall plan,the company is now in the transition period, the scientific knowledge workers will be inspired to the success of transformation is the key.In this paper,in three classic theory as a basis for further study incentive for Web companies now encourage knowledge worker to investigate ways and means of research,I believe that the analysis of the transition to knowledge-based company staff incentive compensation strategy should include incentives,and cultural incentives,organization incentive, the incentive four major areas.Should use modern incentive policy,and establish a representative of the SMT for innovative licensing mechanism,the value of diversification element distribution,manufacturing autonomy,innovation and teamwork corporate culture, creating learning-oriented organizations to provide a kind of independent work environment. Pay more attention to internal incentive approach on the use of knowledge-based employees from the start with intrinsic motivation,effectively stimulate their creativity and autonomy.
