| The development of power industry, which plays a key role in national economy, should be advanced to the development of national economy. There are so many factors in power industry to constrain the development of economy, for example, the outmoded equipments used in power grid, shortage of electric energy, unreasonable frame of power grid and unreliability in power supply, etc. So power industry should be developed firstly to adapt the needs of economy development.Southern power grid of HeBei connected to JingJinTang power grid in the north, ShanXi power grid, HeNan power grid in the north and ShanDong power grid in the east, is the important part of North China Power Grid, which provides electric energy to the south part of HeBei Province including BaoDing, ShiJiaZhuang, XingTai, HanDan, HengShui and CangZhou. But since the 1970s, it has been lack of electric energy in Southern power grid of HeBei Province. For the needs of development of economy, the factors restricting the construction of power industry in the Southern power grid of HeBei Province are analyzed. By scientific methods, prediction of the needs of electric energy for Southern power grid of HeBei Province is done, which could be the reference frame for construction and programming of Southern power grid of HeBei Province. |
