| ERP called enterprise resources planning is completely new enterprise-level information system, which enables enterprises to use an integrated, cross-sector system to replace the existing incompatible managing information system. It makes full use of modern information technology to establish an information network system for integrating the logistics, information flow, capital flow and working flow in the business managing activities, realizing the optimization of resource allocation, speeding up the responses to the market. Thereby it increases the efficiency and the level of enterprise management, and ultimately improves the economic efficiency and competitive capability of enterprises. ERP has already become a high level management style in net age for modern enterprise become to internationalize.Because the advanced management thought and considerable economic performance contained in the ERP software make numerous enterprises in our country keep high enthusiasm to carries out ERP, but the success rate is low. On the other hand, information-based level of coking & chemical enterprise fall behind petrochemical, machine, electric power, finance etc, because the management level and personnel's character are low in coking & chemical enterprise. I do a research for development and implement of company ERP system, the aim is analyzing the successful method route and the key factor of implementing ERP, especially to help others implement the ERP, to improve the management level.This paper applies the theory and methods of project management, organization behavior management, the strategy management and the information system etc.analysis the coking &chemical information-based level and the characteristics, combine company present condition and information-based development strategy, according to three layers of enterprise management, analysis the needs strategic layer, management the layer and business layer of our company. On this foundation build the ERP main function structure and implementing steps, divided it in to finance, supply chain, production management, three systems carries on design and development respectively, to implement controls effectively, to succeed in implementing ERP system. Finally evaluate the implementing result of our company ERP, and do a summary, with burnt turn the development and implement of the company ERP system for foundation, combine the local and existing ERP theories research, refine key factors of success implementing ERP as three main aspects which are organization management, technique and data categories add up to 11 small key factors. |
