Study On Evaluation Of The Ecological Level Of The Coking Industry In Shanxi Province

Industrial ecology is a new way to operate in the emerging industry in the new century,which is widely spread in the world.Industrial ecology is a new development model to regulate the development of human society and economy,and to realize the positive cycle of material and energy.After 1990,the world began to widely promote sustainable development,industrial ecology also gradually gets attention in Europe and the United States and other advanced countries.For China,facing serious resources and environmental problems,industrial ecology is a new model to promote the coordination of industrial and ecological system,and it is an important measure to realize the ecological civilization.Shanxi coking industry led the development of the coking industry,studies of many industrial policies,standards,and the research of advanced technology are widely popularized throughout the country.Shanxi's coke quality is famous in the world,is important product in metallurgical industry and chemical industry.The good development of coking industry not only has an important influence on the labor employment and fiscal revenue,but also plays an important role in ensuring social stability.However,the coking industry exists many problems.Therefore,what are the development status of coking industry,how to develop the coking industry has a significant meaning can not be ignored.At present,the academic circles for the evaluation of industrial ecology research mainly concentrated on the empirical analysis of industrial ecology level of the county city and the economic zone,study on vital industries is very little,only few papers evaluated the industrial ecological level of the iron and steel industry,textile industry level.In addition,in the choice of evaluation methods,most research just simply use subjective or objective methods to determine the weight values,which makes industrial ecology evaluation results low reliability and have great room for improvement.As one of the pillar industries in Shanxi Province,research on the level of industrial ecology on the coking industry not only fills the gaps in research,enriches the coking industry ecological evaluation system research,it also provides a theoretical basis and support for the future development of coking industry.(1)Using industrial ecology and related theory,combined with the results of previous studies,establishing coking industrial ecology evaluation system,containing target layer,rule layer and index layer,which is systematic,hierarchical,comprehensive and operational,can reasonably effectively reflect the coking industry of industrial ecological level of development.(2)By using the method,the data of 15 coking enterprises in Shanxi province were used to analyze the level of industrial ecology.So that you can make between enterprises can be level and comprehensive comparison,compares the enterprise comprehensive evaluation scores and levels of standard value,can see the overall development situation of Shanxi coking industry relative to the current situation,or is still in the relatively low position.Although some of the individual has reached the advanced level of the whole country,the gap between the world and the world is still not negligible compared with the high level of the world.Therefore,all enterprises need to take appropriate measures to adjust timely.(3)The improvement of information entropy and principal component analysis method,on the enterprises in the economic benefit,resources circulation use,environmental quality and social development level of development of the four level evaluation,and levels of standard value comparison,we can see that all enterprises in the specific level in the presence of,and to solve,the transformation and development of coking industry provides the basis.
