Study On Functions And Implementation Of Strategy Management Department In The Process Of Strategy Execution

Along with the fast economy development in our country, the enterprises more and more take to developmental strategy and strategic piano They invested massive time and energy in strategic formulation and strategic plan, and formulated the grand growth plan. However, the result which obtains from this is actually slim. Many enterprises examples showed that there was a huge gap between strategic formulation and execution. The successful strategic choice cannot guarantee the enterprise obtains success in the competition. And then the paper analyzes the function position of strategy management department. The basic ability which the employees in strategy management department must have would be analyzed too. In addition,the paper will show an example of an estate developer enterprise which the author once worked in. The paper analyzes the problems which exist in the strategy execution of the enterprise, and puts forward proposals for the function position of the new strategy management department.
