The average strategy performance execution extent of the top 500 companies listed in fortune is over 75%,while the average extent in companies all over the world is around 50%and in Chinese companies only 35%.[1]As for all companies,only 3%of Chinese companies have good extent of execution while the execution of the rest 97%companies is quite poor.Relevant researches show that the failure of 70%American companies are not caused by company strategies but the poor execution of them(FORTUNE,1999), the cases of successful strategies being effectively executed are less than 10% (FORTUNE,1997).Poor execution is a ubiquitous problem in all companies.The EXECUTION written by Larry Bossidy & Ram charan managed to draw great attention on this subject from the world at its publishing.The authors believe that the company execution is to combine three major processes together:staff,strategy and management,which fails to consider and analyze the impact of execution.Most of the researches in China are mainly focusing on the progress of company execution and solutions to the existed problems,some may have studied on its effect and valuation, but none of them have considered the impact of the execution.These researches are somehow limited because they mainly focus on the effect of execution afterwards instead of studying the impact of progress.This thesis aims to study on the relationships between influencing factors of execution and company execution,and also seek for solutions to improve extent of company execution as a frontier research.Main content and conclusion:The definition and execute process of company execution.Chapters 1,2 and 3 are to define the purpose of research and firstly state the theoretic basis after studying relevant references,including the defining theory of execution,analyzing theory of main part and studying theory of structure equation.Secondly,state the basic theory of execution, including the definition of execution and its support system;analyze its importance for companies and effect.The study model and study assumption of company execution.Chapters 4 and 5 are to review relevant references and the study assumption of this article based on the execution process theory,including the assumptions of strategy process,staff process and management process;propose the study model of relationships between influencing factors of execution and company execution based on the assumption;set up research indicators through interviews and references and arrange for survey accordingly;analyze with spss software after having primary sample data,screen and finalize the indicator system required for the final sample research accordingly.Solid proving of execution influencing factors.Chapter 6 firstly verifies the assumptions of strategy process,management process and staff process;then analyze the relationships among indicators from the structure and reliability with SEM LISREL 8.70;finally verify the three processes as latent variable with structure equation and draw the conclusion of the impact of execution influencing factors.Suggestions on improving company execution.Chapter 7 shows that based on the analysis of processes and structure models,factors are proved to be greatly supportive for execution.According to the up-mentioned analysis,suggestions such as enhance group cooperation,improve company excitation system,perfect company regulations,perfect company culture and improve the leadership etc.are quite necessary for the improvement of company execution.
