The Building And Measurement Of Enterprise Execution Element System Based On Analytic Hierarchy Process

As is known to us. Enterprise execution and the construction of execution element system are all hot research topics in the academic circle. Their research is very important about making enterprise strategic、setting organization structure、perfecting regulations、 training culture idea and playing leadership authority. Building strong execution element system will greatly promote the effect of enterprise execution and increase the economic efficiency. The studies both of domestic and foreign mostly around strategic process、 personnel process and operational process. From management organization system、 management institute system、culture idea system and leadership authority, the paper built and assessed the enterprise execution element system in order to improve enterprise execution.Firstly, the paper discusses some related theories about enterprise execution, including connotation and characteristics of enterprise execution, the important of execution element and execution element system, the basic assessment theories of enterprise execution element system. Secondly, based on the system building’s principle, we choose a certain amount of indices for preliminarily building four systems, in the same time we analysis their relation. Again, based on the index screening’s principle and data analysis, we select some assessment indices of the enterprise execution element system. Finally, we use the analytical hierarchy process to build assessment model and provide empirical research.
