Research On The Dynamical Mechanism Of Sustainable Development Of Private Enterprises

This research was set in the detailed study in the economic behaviors of the private enterprises,the local government and the central government that would affect sustainable development of private enterprises. In this basis, we summed up the dynamic forces and dynamic factors that will influence the sustainable development of private enterprises, and at the same time we analyzed their functions to the development of private enterprises and their current problems in most private companies. In this paper we divided the process of the private enterprises'growth into three stages: setting up, growing up, sustainable develop. Then we putted forward different models of dynamic mechanisms in the three different developing stages of the private enterprise.First of all, we think the development of the private enterprises will be influenced by three different forces such as the private enterprise itself,the local government and the central government. So that it is the combined forces that finally infect the development of private enterprises. This paper focused on the behavior of the three different interest groups. We set up some models, and got the conclusion that the phenomena of the regional and industrial differences of the private enterprise is caused by the behavior of the local government and the central government.Secondly,in the basises of the behavior research, we conceived a private enterprise growth model of combined forces. By literature searching and private enterprise cases studying, we summarized the dynamic factors of the three dynamic forces. Then we analyzed the functions of the dynamic forces, and described the recent problems in most private enterprises.At last, with the help of the analysis in the dynamic factors of the private enterprises'sustainable development, we made a further research on the different dynamic mechanisms during the private enterprise's different develop stages. We built some models of the mechanisms and validated the models. Finally we got the conclusion that by correctly using of the dynamic mechanisms to assemble dynamic factors and making them suitable to the different developing stages, the private enterprises will eventually develop sustain ably.
