Research On Transformation Dynamic Factors About Business Enterprise To Social Enterprise

Social enterprises as a new thing in China, the public awareness of it is still very low, compared with abroad, a case study of social enterprises in our country is relatively scarce. Scholars and practitioners in China at present the study of social enterprises focus on the non-profit organization socialization, to explore how nonprofits through follow enterprise operation mode, for the development of social enterprises, solve social shortcomings such as inadequate public services. However, by the enterprise development for the social enterprise is to help government departments to develop social welfare and the good way to solve the problem of part of the society. Based on this, this article tries to discuss the following aspects: first, to the enterprise from the traditional business enterprise development for the social enterprise what are the influences of dynamic factors; Second, the agent what is the relationship between; Third, enterprises how to social transformation, the transformation process, how changes in enterprise.This article obtains from the case study, by choosing typical social enterprise cases, according to the method of grounded theory research, reproducing more case studies, on the basis of the analysis of cases, summarized to promote the phenomenon of power factor, puts forward a dynamic mechanism of enterprise development for the social enterprise, in this paper, the study found that basically has the following several aspects:First, the small and medium-sized private enterprises have the possibility of the development for the social enterprise. This is mainly because of such small enterprise scale, decision-making power in the hands of a handful of people, a ruler if with the development of the enterprise to the society are determined, then easily from the business enterprise development for the social enterprise.Second, through the analysis of typical cases, found that entrepreneurs factor is the cause from a business enterprise development of key factors for social enterprises, entrepreneurs personal experiences of different levels of knowledge, values, and influence the development of enterprise direction. With deep religious beliefs, cultural atmosphere of entrepreneurs, more has the possibility of leading enterprises to social change.Third, the enterprise will produce to the social transformation, the development of the enterprise by the government, society and market, the influence of traditional culture, which the government plays a regulation and guidance support, social and market factors, build the environment atmosphere and driving force for the change, and the traditional culture factors directly impact on the entrepreneur, on the impact of the largest enterprise development to the society, it also determines the pushing more enterprises to the social development in the process, we especially emphasize the shape of the influence of the cultural tradition and social entrepreneurs.Fourth, the study found that the concept of entrepreneurship by influencing the mobilization of staff, with the staff organized activities, affect the enterprise organization structure or the transition of the organizational mechanism, namely by "entrepreneurs- employee- organization" such a mechanism, to complete the enterprise to the social transformation process.Based on the analysis of the case, this paper summarizes the influence factors of enterprise development for the social enterprise, analyzes the relationship between influencing factors and how they make the enterprise transformation, constructs the dynamic mechanism model of business enterprise development for the social enterprise figure, and puts forward the management implications.
