Research On The Governance Structure Of Industrial Institutions In China

With the market economic system reform deepening in our country, "the small government, the big society" becoming the goal of government departments reform, the industrial institutions will undertake more economical management functions which government departments had. However, there are many issues in the industrial institutions development process, such as the nature and statue is dissimilation, working ability is low and outside supervision mechanism is vacancy. From the experience of overseas, it is an inevitable trend to adopt the government theory in Chinese industrial institutions.This thesis regards the industrial institutions governance structure as the subject. First, it summarizes the research achievements on NPOs and industrial institutions through international and domestic documents. Second, it expounds the theoretic foundations of the industrial institutions governance structure, gives its definition and the main content. Third, on the basis of summarizing the characteristics of three kinds of development patterns of the industrial institutions governance structure in China, it attempts to develop a theoretical framework for interior and exterior government structures. Then it analysis the national present policy and the actual operation condition concretely and thoroughly. Finally, it takes some industrial institutions in Nanjing as the examples, proposes a few suggestions, being the references for the government departments draw up the policies.The innovation of this research is to apply governance theory in studying of the industrial institutions and builds their well governance structures; creatively proposed the viewpoint, that is, should not only focus on the existing administrative system, but pay more attentions to design the reasonable system of the interior and exterior government structures of the industrial institutions in China.
