Enterprise merger and acquisition is an inevitable product of the development of market economy and a means to optimize the allocation of resources.The more developed the market economy is,the higher the frequency of enterprise merger and acquisition will be.However,the domestic and foreign M&A cases in recent decades have shown that the cases of M&A failure are far greater than the cases of M&A success.Human resource integration is one of the key factors influencing the effect of M&A.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the integration of human resources in enterprise mergers and acquisitions to improve the success rate of enterprise mergers and acquisitions.Based on the theoretical knowledge of enterprise merger and human resource integration,this paper adopts literature research method and case analysis method,takes the case of merger and acquisition of WT company by BK group as the research object,analyzes the problems arising from the first human resource integration of WT company after merger and acquisition,and proposes solutions.The research results of this paper will enable BK group to achieve better results in the re-integration of human resources of WT company,and also provide some reference for the integration of human resources of other environmental protection industries after merger and acquisition.The content structure of this paper is as follows:Introduction part firstly introduces the research background and significance,and then summarizes the literature related to human resource integration of enterprise merger and acquisition at home and abroad.Finally,it introduces the research content,research methods and ideas of this paper,and puts forward the possible innovation points of this paper.The first part firstly introduces the concept of enterprise merger and the motivation theory of enterprise merger and then introduces the concept of human resource integration and related theories of human resource integration.The second part first briefly introduces the BK group and WT company's condition before their merger and acquisition,and then introduces the background of BK group and WT company's merger and acquisition,and finally introduces the current situation of human resource integration of WT company after the merger and acquisition.The third part finds out the existing problems in the current situation of human resource integration in WT company,and analyzes the causes of the problems.The fourth part proposes solutions to existing problems in the current situation of human resource integration in WT company.The fifth part introduces the guarantee measures for solving the problems of human resources integration in WT company,including crisis management in human resources integration,guarantee of human resources legal system,and the support of senior leaders of both sides for human resources integration after merger and acquisition.The sixth part introduces the expected effect of solving the problem of human resource integration in WT company.The seventh part firstly summarizes this paper,puts forward the research conclusion of this paper,and then puts forward the plan to conduct further research on enterprise human resource integration in the aspects of business ethics and psychology in the future.
