In the era of artificial intelligence,power tools will become an important intelligent terminal,and the commercial big data generated by it will be of great use value.B power tools company has a strong advantage in artificial intelligence,with the ability to dominate the market.In recent years,B power tools company rushed into the middle market,trying to replicate the success of high-end market,but has not been in the market dominant position;and domestic brands on the contrary,due to lack of R&D capability,does not have the ability to develop intelligent tools,but most of the occupation of the middle market share.Therefore,the two sides have the possibility of complementary advantages.Compared to previous competitive practices,collaboration will also be an important option between B power tools and domestic brands.Using the SWOT analysis method,from the B power tools company strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the four are analyzed,and the adjustment scheme of B power tools company,at the same time using game PARTS concurrence analysis method,has carried on the analysis from five aspects of game situation,participants added value,rules,methods and scope.The B power tools company,eventually come to a similar conclusion,namely the B power tools company should withdraw from middle market competition,and will focus on competition between international brand;at the same time,it will become the B power tools company's own customers domestic brand development,so as to your enemy effect.This paper constructs a clear strategy of copetition for B power tools company,including centralized strategy and strategic alliance.Competition strategy and cooperation strategy are mutually coordinated.For the B power tools company,exit end middle market,instead of using a centralized strategy,laid the foundation for the cooperation of domestic brands and B power tools company alliance;through the cooperation strategy,the B power tools company can concentrate with the international brand competition,is conducive to the expansion of the advantage in the high-end market.Finally,this paper puts forward the implementation measures and safeguard measures of B power tool copetition strategy adjustment,and predicts the difficulties and solutions.
