| China's oil security is worthy of study for its great theoretical and practical value. From the international political economics, it is very necessary to discuss how the international political pattern, especially the relationships between great countries influence China's oil security.The supply security of oil in china is relating to the growth and development of national economics, now, China has already been the second biggest countries which import the oil. The huge amount of importing oil threats the supply security of oil in china deeply. So our government and party emphasize the relationship between oil and national safety, they try to perfect the strategy of china's oil security. Nowadays, the subject has much important practical meaning.The interdependence theory in the international political economics has pointed out that, the oil producing countries and the oil buying countries have much mutual benefit and contradiction, the benefit and contradiction existed together, which makes the interdependence much more important. This article is mainly applying the interdependence theory to study the china's oil security.This article analyses the three basic factors which influence china's oil security, including"the ability of buying oil","the channel of buying oil"and"the way of transiting oil". After the analysis of the three basic factors, we discuss the influence of international political pattern to china's oil security, and the following strategy of oil security taken.
