China's Oil Security Research Under The Interdependence Vision

Today's world is an era of interdependence, in which many of the issues can be resolved through global cooperation among countries, the issue of oil security is one of them.In recent decades , China's rapid economic development demands for growing oil and depends on foreign oil seriously, so that China's oil security is a serious problem. The status of China's oil security can not be optimistic , and the oil security facing challenges is mainly embodied in the obvious contradiction between oil supply and demand, dependence on foreign oil is too large, lack of oil reserves, as well as poor management of oil and so on. These are mainly attributable to the challenges: China's rapid economic growth in oil demand, oil current irreplaceability and oil operations of non-smooth. Thus in order to resolve the issue of China's oil security, under the interdependence and international cooperation background, we need to strengthen cooperation with the countries related to , and focus on the following number of strategic choices: that is taking international cooperation in the oil exploration and development technique; taking international communication in the new energy development and utilization;learning from each other at energy-saving technique; learning from the experience of other countries and improving oil management; strengthening oil diplomacy; setting up strategic oil reserve.
