Study On Risk Of Complex Products And Systems Technological Innovation Based On Organizational Factors

Complex Products and Systems (CoPS) can be defined as high cost, technology and software intensive products, systems and networks, which are manufactured in small batches. CoPS play a vital role in the modern economy and society, but the innovation risk in CoPS is very high. While there short of the existing literature about this. Thus, we chose the risk of CoPS technological innovation, combining network organization theory, to research from organizations risk factors.CoPS technological innovation is facing many risky factors. Based on the previous research, use organizational factors as introduction of the paper, through the analysis of research on network organizational risk, we find the network organizational effect on complex product systemically innovation risk base on present research we decompose network organizational risk as follows: the risk of organize and management, the amalgamation of culture and stratagem, mutual credit, connection and performance. On this basis, we refinement of these risk factors as following 12 indexes: like the force of the core enterprise, the level of leaguer member enterprise's credit, and so on. Then we can analysis the channels, possibility and size of effect, between the network organization and 5 factors, and 12 factors with their topper. Through the analysis, we can build model from network organization risk, and to ultimate these factors compared with network organization risk.Through empirical evaluation based on analysis Theoretical analysis the model of the risk factors of network, use risk factors of network as an object to form Analytic Hierarchy Process model. The data of empirical analysis come from the people who are high-level researcher or expert in these CoPS manufacturing enterprises. Through the data collection and processing, we can calculate all the important risk factors for the network organization risk, with the weight and degree of sorting.Based on theoretical and empirical support, we can analysis the control methods from point of view with CoPS technological innovation network organization risk. So we can table rational proposal.
