Now, as the most activitied part in the world market, Multinational Corporations(MNCs) show several interesting phenomena: through integration, such as merging, MNCs extend their domain to build their kingdom, at the same time, through disintegration, such as outsourcing, they give up some unimportant branches to dedicate in their core advantage.So why MNCs want to integrate & disintegrate their factors? How to find the best partners across international borders? What profits they will get through these matching activity?This paper aims to answer these questions.Accoding to this, the structure of this thesis is: analyze the actuality, overview the research, make an explaination, build search patch and give the suggestion.First,we make an overview of relative foreign and domestic literatures, based on the existing research, we find a new theory that is Circularity Feedback Theory. It means by integrating & disintegrating the factors, MNCs can enhance their interior and exterior transaction efficiency which is the origins of increasing returns.Then, by analyzing and extending the Matching Theory, we set up a Matching Model to eatablish an available frame on how to select the best partners in this opening system in order to improve efficiency .Now, our MNCs also face the globalization competition, It is essential for them to know how to active to enhance their core competence. So, in the end, we analyze the profit and loss we may get and give some suggestion reasonability.
