| The effect of FDI for industry becomes an important topic in academic community with the rapid development of China's economy. Most of researches focus on the effect for economic creativity and technologic innovation. This paper analyzes the spillover effects of FDI in China's electron and communications industry from three angles of view including economy, technology and environment.Firstly, based on the economic theory, we analyze the distribution characteristics of FDI, why large scale of FDI comes into China and how FDI affect spillover effect. Secondly economic, technologic and environmental indexes are introduced to analyze the spillover effect of FDI for electron and communications industry. Thirdly the conclusion that FDI improves economic creativity, has little effect for technologic innovation and brings environmental degradation is educed. In the end, some advice is put forward to make better use of FDI. |
