Research On The Evaluation System Of VMI Alliance And Its Dynamic Management Model

With the continuous development of the supply chain theory, supply chain management increasingly emphasis on the core enterprise status and competitiveness, as well as the establishment of the long-term strategic partnership between enterprises. VMI is a scientific strategy of supply chain inventory. This kind of inventory management strategy breaks the traditional inventory management model and reflects the integrated management theory of today. The establishment of a scientific and effective VMI strategic alliance is an important guarantee of maximizing the interests for the upstream and downstream enterprises. It also is an inevitable trend of the market economic globalization and informatization development.In order to facilitate the core enterprises to implement dynamic management on its VMI alliance enterprises and to establish long-term supply chain partnerships , this paper correspondingly establishes the VMI enterprise evaluation system,,and introduces a group dynamic AHP evaluation model which considering the time factor. Through fuzzy group AHP, using the Hadamard multiplication convex combination to calculate the weight vectors of the indicators, and then solve the integral performance values on the time frame through the method of fuzzy synthesized evaluation. The model can effectively solve the problem of attribute weights and value, changing with the time in the multi-attribute decision-making methods, then implement the dynamic management on the VMI strategic partner.
