Study On Partner Selection Strategy In Dynamic Alliance

Dynamic alliance, a kind of dynamic, network-allied organization based on market opportunity, is the organization type of enterprise of the 21st century, whose members are dispersed geographically. So the selection of proper partners is critical to create dynamic alliance. The selection method of partners in dynamic alliance is systematically studied in the paper.Firstly, the basic characteristics and mechanism of dynamic alliance, including its basic concept, organization, structure, and foundation process are analyzed in detail. Based on the theory, the paper gives out a new framework to confirm the evaluation index of dynamic alliance partners. Then, the paper put forward a multiple Fuzzy Synthetic judgment method to analyze and value the evaluation index and demonstrate its practicality. At last, in virtue of the evaluation index, the paper adopt a model "DEA Analysis based on AHP" to evaluate and choose the partner candidates. An example is given and proves the practicability.The innovation of the dissertation is below: first, the paper gives out a new framework to confirm the evaluation index of dynamic alliance partners and demonstrate its practicality, second, a model "DEA Analysis based on AHP" to evaluate and choose the partner candidates is adopted and used in an example.
