Research On Regional Intellectual Property Strategy Performance Evaluation In China

With the development of global integration, our economy has been more and more integrated with world economy. This has caused some challenges to our economy, and intellectual property dissension is important one. In this situation, government cares great with intellectual property problems. Since 2005, our country came to institute country intellectual property strategy. And this indicates that intellectual property problems have rose to the level of country strategy. It has great meaning for research of regional patent intellectual property strategy and performance evaluation. With the methods of theoretical and instantiation research, this article makes researches on the basic theory of regional intellectual property strategy and performance evaluation.First, this article expatiates related research status quo of intellectual property strategy and performance evaluation. According to certain principles, this article constructs the indices system of regional intellectual property strategy evaluation. In the system, there are 22 evaluation indices. The evaluation techniques used by this article are factor analysis, cluster analysis and discriminant analysis.For the validation of model's evaluation effect, this article arranges the intellectual property strategy performance of total 31 provinces. Based on this arrangement, we divide regional intellectual property strategy performance into five groups. This article makes analysis about Anhui province, from 2001 to 2005, regional intellectual property strategy performances of Anhui province are all classified into the most poor class. Based on analyses, we find the dominating problem of Anhui's regional intellectual property strategy is its poor efficiency. This article analyzes the reasons for the existence of this problem and gives some suggestions of improvement. At last, we look forward to the developing direction of the field in the future.
