Research On Regional Diferences And Influencing Factocs Of Intellectual Property Strategy Performance In China

In the global integration of international economy, our country’s economy also gradually in-depth integration into the melting pot of the world economy. This is not only a good opportunity for China’s economic development, but also caused a lot of trouble and challenges, and intellectual property dispute is one of the most important in this issue. In the face of such a challenging situation, our country began to pay more attention and attaches great importance to the intellectual property rights. In particularly, "National Intellectual Property Strategy" was issued in 2008, it indicates that China has entered a process of accelerating the development of intellectual property rights standards. Therefore, measurement and analysis of the regional differences of intellectual property strategic performance of our ongoing intellectual property has a very important practical significance, both from the overall grasp of the overall situation of China’s comprehensive strength and to be aware in detail of the provinces detailed description performance area of intellectual property strategy,thereby to guide the various regions of both quantity and quality to carry out intellectual property rights, promote China’s intellectual property to achieve a comprehensive healthy and orderly development.This paper effectively combines theoretical research and empirical research, on the basis of the theory of intellectual property rights in China and the strategic performance of regional differences and its influence factors were studied and analyzed. Firstly, This paper output performance and influence factors of intellectual property strategy and its related research status are expounded. On the basis of clear related concepts, then use DEA- Malmquist index method calculates the performance of our country intellectual property strategy analysis. In order to further study the influence factors of strategic performance of intellectual property rights in China,according to data from 2009 to 2013, the national 31 provinces, the performance of intellectual property strategy econometric model analysis has been done for the related influence factors. Finally, the performance of intellectual property strategy promotion and the regional difference of narrowing the relevant strategies and suggestions are given, and then to the related fields of the future development direction were discussed.Intellectual property strategy of calculation results show that the performance of strategic performance of intellectual property rights in China has the characteristics ofregional distribution imbalance, on the one hand, as there is a difference between provinces, high economic development level of province of the intellectual property strategy performance higher than less developed provinces; On the other hand in the Midwest had different three regions, east of the central region the highest performance level, intellectual property rights strategy followed by a narrow gap in the middle and west are relatively minimum. Factors affecting the empirical results show that the hybrid model regression results as a whole, including the gross level, technology level and urbanization level of our country intellectual property rights performance are significant negative impact, per capita GDP and the degree of opening to the outside world, to our country intellectual property strategy performance have significant positive influence.
