The Research Of Countermeasures To Develop Venture Capital Industry In Our Country

People have paid more and more attention to venture capital, which cannot be substituted in supporting the innovation of small and mid scale enterprises and the growth of the economy. Proposing the establishment of the innovational country,has provided the great opportunity for the venture capital industry .To develop venture capital industry healthly, we must solve some prominent problemes which the venture capital industry faces.This article has taken market theory,economic growth theory,entrust agent theory and risk control theory as a foundation, used comparative analysis and real diagnosis research, thoroughly discussed the market rules of the venture capital industry, initially constructed different development model of venture capital industry,analyzed the success or failure of them,suggested our country use market oriented development model to develop the venture capital industry,and proposed the corresponding countermeasures.The major point in this paper is: the market oriented development model of venture capital industry,which US has established,is the maturest and the most effective development pattern,we are supposed to transfer the development model from the government oriented to the market oriented , currently will get the key to the exit of venture capital, to the limited partnership, to the risk control of venture capital as well as the enterprises.
