Construction And Application Of Enterprises Knowledge Innovation Platform

In the new economy era, knowledge resource becomes strategic resource, and knowledge innovation is the most fundamental driving force extensive of the survival and development of enterprises. Cooperation with the outside main business is the inevitable choice for knowledge innovation to obtain new knowledge resource. Knowledge sharing, knowledge transfer and knowledge integration is the essence of competition and cooperation among enterprises. With the development of information technology and information networks, this essence is increasingly prominent. Moreover, the acceleration of the process of global economic integration, regionalization of the international division showed more prominent features. In the regional economic, enterprises face university, government, business and many other supporters and partners. Enterprises are facing the reality that is to share knowledge of these subjects to achieve synergy knowledge innovation. Because of this, some new concepts have emerged, such as regional innovation systems, industrial clusters, enterprise knowledge alliance, industrial studies and scientific research cooperation and strategic cooperative enterprise network. These models are all to promote the cooperation among different subjects, and they have been widespread concern in the industry and academia. These studies explore the main mode of co-operation, the operating mechanism, the mechanism of cooperation, the study ability in such areas as management, sociology, economics and even geography, philosophy, which have become academic hot. However, previous studies paid attention to some macroeconomic problems such as the operation mechanism of cooperation, but not highlight the nature of knowledge-sharing and cooperation between different subjects, or just explore only one kind of subject (such as the Business Knowledge Alliance, industrial studies and scientific research cooperation) knowledge sharing, but not the main highlight of the knowledge innovation under multi-regional economic cooperation. In addition, in China, regional economic started relatively late, and the cooperative innovation between the various subjects is still at an embryonic stage, the mode of co-operation, cooperation mechanism has not yet matured, there is an urgent need to structure innovation platform to support the coordination.Therefore, basing on the lack of existing theory exploration and actual conditions of Chinese synergy cooperation under the regional economic, this paper presents the enterprise knowledge innovation platform. Its main purpose is to provide the infrastructure for knowledge-sharing among enterprises with a wide range of subjects. The platform may provide opportunity for potential innovation. Simply put, the enterprise knowledge innovation platform is the knowledge interface for enterprises in cooperation with the external. (1) According to the basic idea of knowledge management, SECI model of knowledge innovation and the actual demand of knowledge-sharing among subjects within the region, it is needed to make clear of the innovation, features and functions of the platform. (2) It is needed to make clear of the features of the process of enterprise knowledge innovation under the regional innovation environment, and which are the knowledge cooperation partners of the Enterprise and how to contact with each other between them. Basing on these, it should be to construct the subject structure and the object structure of the enterprise knowledge innovation platform, and operation mechanism of the platform. (3) To ensure the practical value of the knowledge innovation platform, we must be clear what specific measures to provide the facilities, the environment and opportunities for its innovative activities. Knowledge innovation platform should be based on the information network, so the portal website facing external knowledge subjects should be the major part. Meanwhile, because of the limitations of Web-based collaborative innovation, it can not support a complete process of knowledge of innovation. It must have support facilities as a supplement. Therefore, the specific measures to build a knowledge innovation platform are to build a portal website for innovation as the core, to construct other infrastructure as the complement. (4) The application of the platform should be according to knowledge innovation and knowledge management process, the transformation of tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge, as well as knowledge acquisition, organization and integration.
