With the fast development of economic globalization, marketing internationalization, information technology and communication technology , more and more enterprises take part in the global competition, and bring their products to the international market, at the same time they must face the competition of global enterprises. Because of limited resource, when facing the customer diversified and individual requirement , and the need of product high quality and short delivery,it is very difficult for single enterprise to satisfy the customer need under the intense and quick levity circumstance .Under such circumstance, enterprise must focus on its core competence and put its resource onto the core business in order to strengthen the competitive strength , at the same time transfer the non——core business to other enterprises so as to achieve the competitive strength of supply chain. Supply Chain (SC Supply Chain) is focusing on its core business, in competition, cooperation, dynamic environment. There are suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and other entities constitute a response to dynamic supply for the rapid changes in the market -- a multi-level complex dynamic supply network from upstream to downstream to the supply, production, sales, logistics, capital flow, information flow; and the demand from downstream to upstream to post information flow, reverse logistics, back, the flow of capital. The key of supply chain's success is the choice of right partner and the profit allocation among its partner. So how to build correct supply chain basing on itselves and select correct cooperative partners has become the problem which enterprises in market have to think of.This paper designs a scientific evaluation index system for supply chain partners choosing. Based on the index system , the paper builds a supply chain alliance partner selection model which have integrated upstream and downstream cooperating partner . This paper offers experience for executing supply chain management and selecting cooperating partners.Chapter 1,based on the global trend of development and current situation of the market,this paper reveals the problem of using our existing supply chain management , in order to explain the background and practical significance of this study : Though many enterprises have realized the supply chain and the importance of the supply chain partners, however, due to the residual thinking of the traditional planned economy, and other condition restriction, it still has a long way to actualize the real supply chain .Therefore, it is extremely important for China's enterprises to analyze the impact of the supply chain partnerships and the choice of supply chain partners in supply chain management model .Chapter 2, based on the study on the relevant theories of the supply chain and supply chain management, supply chain partnership , this paper compares the supply chain partnership with the traditional relation between supply and demand, aggregates supply chain partners the advantages and risks, and analyses the steps to establish the cooperative partnership. Then , this chapter leads to the core issues–selection of the partners of the supply chain. The present study focused on the supply chain partnership, and few study is on supply chain or features of the supply chain .This article holds that supply chain partnership should be made a definition that: in the same supply chain. to keep the enterprise independent cooperative relations and to ensure the realization of benefits to a particular business.(One of the innovations in this paper). According to previous theoretical study and the characteristics of supply chain partners, this paper elicits supply chain partner selection criteria (1, Individual Excellence; 2, Importance; 3, Interdependence; 4, Investment; 5, Information; 6, Integration; 7, Institutionalization; 8, Integrity.) and principles (1, Systematic and comprehensive; 2, simple scientific principles; 3, the principle of comparable stability; 4, operational flexibility; 5, the combination of qualitative and quantitative indicators; 6, dynamic principles; 7, the principles of information; 8, less but delicacy principle..).Chapters 3, based on the theory of supply chain in the previous two chapters , this paper analyses the factors affecting the choice of partners, then improves and integrates past theory and research results, and elicits the affects factors, including : four groups (1, core competencies factor of supply chain partners, 2, cooperative factor of supply chain partnership; 3. cooperative partnership between the supply chain operation, 4, environmental factors, operating performance evaluation element of the supply chain partners.) , and 14 specific factors(1,quality; 2, price and cost; 3, delivery; 4, service; 5, technology; 6, financial situation; 7, the external environment; 8, corporate credibility; 9, the will of cooperation; 10, to predict and control; 11, the cooperation risk ; 12, enterprise information situation; 13, management and culture; 14, agile and flexible.). According to these, this paper presents a more scientific and improved supply chain partner selection system of evaluation criteria (One of the innovations in this paper).Chapter 4, on the basis of the previous 3 chapters , this chapter analyses and compares current selection methods of supply chain partner. It is difficult for enterprises to obtain more complete and accurate information. In this circumstance, information is incomplete, so enterprises only can use qualitative indicators and rely on expert advice and knowledge to evaluate the choice of partners. While Analytic Hierarchy Process has the solid theoretical background, and three prominent feature of systematic, flexibility and practicality . So this paper selects Analytic Hierarchy Process to evaluate supply chain partners. According to the former index system and Analytical Hierarchy Process, this paper constructs supply chain partnerships model .Chapter 5, Combining evaluation index system and the model , and having the application in specific enterprises. Eliciting the following conclusions : 1, in the application process , the target enterprises recognize this indicator system is reasonable and have practical significance and value ;2, The model on the target enterprise supply chain partners choose is of practical value, and accords with strategic guiding ideology of target enterprise supply chain partners; 3, the target enterprises approve of the analytic process used in this paper.Chapter 6, Summarizing the conclusions of the study. Pointing out the inadequacy in this paper. Looking prospect.
