Corporate culture is value, code of ethic, fundamental belief and rule which employee comply with. Excellent corporate culture can agglomerate the enterprise's strength, stimulate employee to struggle for common development targets, make enterprise strategy and the operation objective come into true. When corporate culture becomes core competition gradually, it is very important to construct fine corporate culture.Headquartered in Shenzhen, China, K was founded in August 1993, and listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ("HKSE") in 2005.After several years development, K Corporation has already been the leadership enterprise in the domestic software market. In the process of corporation development, the enterprise environment has been changing. K Corporation entered the mature period of enterprise life cycle. Management was ossification and lack of innovation. The staffs were accustomed to observe the regulation and rule in the enterprise, and innovation was limited enormously, which will make K Corporation possibly enter the decline period of enterprise life cycle. Therefore, the corporate culture of K Corporation must be reengineered so that K Corporation can maintain company's ability of innovation, and obtain the power which the company continues to develop.At present the domestic management software market competition is very intense, many domestic enterprises especially software enterprises join the management software market, international groups such as SAP, ORACLE more and more pay attention to small enterprise management software market. An enterprise which wants to obtain competition advantages must have the core competitive ability. Corporate culture is core competitiveness, K corporation must strengthen the cultural construction, enhances competitiveness. K Corporation is implementing the strategy transformation from financial software company to management software company, from paying attention to technology and product to application and service. In addition, K Corporation also positively is implementing the internationalization strategy. Corporate culture and strategy have close relationship, enterprise strategy transformation requires corporation value, the management idea and staff's behavior must change, which requires corporate culture reengineering.When K Corporation was built, entrepreneur culture is in the dominant position. However, when K Corporation's scale expanded and it was listed in HKSE, there was conflict between entrepreneur culture and corporate culture, which limited company's development. After the operation system transformed which K Corporation merged the local business agency to establish subsidiary company, parent company culture also has the conflict with subsidiary company culture.K Corporation's enterprise environment transformation talked about above requires corporate culture reengineering. Corporate culture reengineering mainly includes four steps such as corporate culture diagnosis, determining the content of corporate culture reengineering, the implementation of corporate culture reengineering, and the feeding back of corporate culture reengineering.The questionnaire survey result of this paper indicated that in spirit culture K Corporation only pays great attention to technical innovation and neglects management innovation, the company lacks the idea of service, the enterprise mission and the operation idea is guided by product and technology, not by customer and service. In rule culture, training rules, communication rules and humanities concern rules also have some insufficiencies. In behavior culture of K Corporation there is not company model, not recreational activity, or fixed ceremony which serves for culture. The matter culture of K Corporation is lack of standard.This paper proposed the content of corporate culture reengineering based on the question of K Corporate culture. The content of spirit culture reengineering as follows: the core values is "love, integrity, innovation, service", the mission is "developing advanced reliable application software product, providing the solution for customers, enabling customers success, becoming a respectable company ", the enterprise spirit is " passionate culture for innovation ", the enterprise idea is " customers and service are the first". The content of rule culture includes improving management and human resources system, establishing study organization, suggestion system and humanities concern rules. The content of behavior culture reengineering includes desalinating entrepreneur culture, shaping typical models consistent with corporation values, and establishing staff handbook. The content of matter culture reengineering includes establishing standard VI handbook and inducting corporate identity.The implementation of corporate culture reengineering is conditional on rules, organizations, material and thought. We should persist the principle of matching corporate culture with strategy, manifest the thought of leaders and staff, persist humanist principle, pay attention to communication, emphasize implementation, and be easy to dissemination. This paper also proposed the plan of culture reengineering. When corporate culture is reengineered, we should evaluate the result of corporate culture through the questionnaire survey, summarize experience promptly, and amend corporate culture reengineering plan.The conclusion of this paper has very important significance to other enterprises'corporate culture. Corporate culture has the effect on strategy and development. An enterprise needs appropriate strategy and fine corporate culture. When environment changes, corporate culture should be reengineered quickly, which can provide the fine development environment to the enterprise, make it get higher earning.
