ABSTRACT:After China’s entry into the WTO, large foreign circulation enterprises to enter China market, greatly increased the competition in the field of circulation, the development of3PL become the new profit source. Although some enterprises achieved success in the process of logistics reengineering such as Haier and Wuliangye,but still difficulties in the process of implementation and largely failed. Over the years, the study of circulation enterprises logistics reengineering is rare. How to reasonable avoid risks, avoid the imbalance between supply and reengineering, successful implementation logistics reengineering become particularly important.Firstly, the paper on the basis of the3PL and business process reengineering theory, comprehensive summary of circulation enterprises logistics condition and characteristics, analyzes the necessity of circulation enterprise’s logistics reengineering based on different perspective. Secondly, in the case of circulation enterprise logistics reengineering target determination focus on the risk sources and risk scale of the logistics reengineering. Use set-valued statistics method quantitative analysis the risk of circulation enterprises logistics reengineering. And then, through the method of business process reengineering to analysis the content and implementation from circulation enterprises logistics reengineering and using the business flow chart analysis the process of circulation enterprise logistics reengineering. At last, an example about Z group is given to show how to do the reengineering work in the field, analysis of the feasibility of logistics reengineering based on its current situation. Assess the risk of Z group Logistics reengineering through set-valued statistics method, reengineering its organizational structure and business processes according to logistics status of Z group.
