The Studies Of The Transnational Regional Economic Cooperation And Security Influence Of Tumen River Area

After China joined the WTO, the paces of opening to the outside world are constant quickly, and the degree of China's opening economic are constant improved, a large number of new problems have came out on the border area of our country, such as economic security, steady politics, national relation, religious culture, ecological environment, etc.. Especially in the Tumen River area where interweaves of many intricate sensitive problems like the national problem, religion question and ecological environment question.The development of Tumen River area have very important strategic meanings to the peace and steadiness of Jilin Province, and even the whole country. So , following the swift development of economy, how to avoid the hurt to the border area's steady politics and nationality's safe, how to coordinate the economic development with politics safety altogether of in Tumen River area during the course of transnational regional economic cooperation is the problems we will study.This article is formed by five parts. First part shows the basic theories of regional economic cooperation and borderland safe, we will also analyze the international political factor of geographical reason which will influenc the economic development and export-oriented of Tumen River area. The Second part shows the experience of opening economic of Tumen River area and current situation analysis since the reform and opening-up. The third part mainly talk about the influence of the opening regional economic cooperation to the safe of the borderland of Tumen River area.I think that the constant intensification of the economic opening has brought a series of social potential safety hazards to Tumen River area, such as the North Korean refugee crosses the boundary illegally, the population of different nationalities in Yanbian area develop unbalancedly, S.Korean religion force gradually infiltration, transnational crime of Yanbian are outstanding, and the destruction to ecological environment in Tumen River area,etc.. Through the careful analysis to above-mentioned problems, we found that the speed of economic development and the opening degree of the border area should be coordinated , setting up a health mechanism for developping sustainablely. Otherwise, these problems will bring a great deal of societies and national security question, bring greater trouble for the administration in the future . The fourth part are some countermeasure of how to strengthen border area society and national harmonious stability in the transnational regional economic cooperation of Tumen River. We will study mostly of the measurement analysis of foreign opening degree and regional safety degree of Tumen River. Tthrough an analysis of a large number of data and typical case confirm the influencing variable of opening degree and safety degree of Tumen River, work out more scientific dynamic analysis model, and use these models to analyse the interrelation of the foreign opening degree and regional safety degree of Tumen River area, on this basis, we will make the science assess of how the transnational regional economic cooperation and opening of Tumen River area will influence the borderland security situation to Jilin Province and even the whole country ,and put forward some corresponding countermeasure of harmonious development and open steadily. The fifth part is a summary of the full text.Almost all of the scholars who had researched the regional economic, especially the Tumen River's development were mainly proceed from economics and geography, and the research contents concentrated on the analysis of economic field and position factor mainly . But they had ignored the impact of the geopolitics factor and the problem of border area's safety to the economic development of border area. Especially for Tumen River area where its economic question will involve in numerous other intricate and complicated social concerns at the same time, We should introduce the geo- political theory in the economic research, then through the analysis of the international political environment of geographical reason to the ethnic mimority area in the borderland, probe into dialectical relation between economy opening and the safty of borderland. According to a certain angle, geo- tie, geo- in the heart, geo- culture, geopolitics and geo- interests are a prerequisite of the integration of regional economics, and geopolitics is a very important factor of determining regional economic development, only after they move to maturity, may set up regional economy group, and put the policies of coordinating economy development in to practice.
