In the outside govern of the Transnational State-owned enterprises, it should improve the system of the State Property Committee, establishing special department in the State Property Committee to manage the enterprises, and recruitment openly. In the law protect of the Transnational State-owned enterprises, suggest adding some rules in the Company law and other economic laws. Improve the rule of law consultant in Transnational State-owned enterprises, to prevent before the problem happened.
