In the 21st century, with the fast development of Xinjiang's tourism industry, tourism has become new point in Xinjiang's economic growth. As a key factor in the sustainable development of tourism, the development and management of tourism human resource, which will play an important role in future development of Xinjiang's tourism industry? Xinjiang tourism"11th Five-Year" plan to establish a tourism development into a major pillar industry of this goal, maximize the promotion of tourism resources to the industry and economic strengths into. However, to achieve the goals of this strategy, a key prerequisite is to speed up the tourism human resources development and tourism human resources to achieve the rapid accumulation.
