Logistics is the part of the supply chain process that plans, implements and controls the efficient, effective flow and storage of goods, services and related information from the point of origin to the point of consumption in order to meet consumer's requirements. The establishment and application of logistics bring immense benefit to the national economy and the management of enterprise. As the accelerator to increase economy and the third profit source, logistics has become a focus in the world business.With the economic development, the connotation and correlative theories of logistics are changing constantly. In balance, the logistics means to supply the right product to the right consumer by the right manner and right cost on the right time, right palace and right condition.International logistics is geographically extended and enlarged compared with the domestic logistics, promoted by the development of international trade which requires higher level of international logistics support. Its development degree has become one of important ingredients of a country's modernization and comprehensive national power. International logistics together with international trade, as the coupling of world countries'economic contractions, has composed the two indispensable sides of international economy. On one hand, international trade is the certain result of international economy developments, on the other hand, international logistics ensure international trade come into reality. International logistics services for the international operation and the foreign trade. International logistics system satisfies the basic needs of international trade, whose effective operation is ensured by the reasonable system and system network.However, logistics in China started very late and has some inherent problems during the development. The weak international logistics system has restricted the development of the international business. What are the main problems that the international logistics industry is confronted with? How the bottlenecks of the international logistics restrict the development of the international business? How to make the Idiographic countermeasure based on the situation of china? These questions should be solved accurately and as quickly as possible.Since becoming a WTO member, China has to take some WTO commitments in service industry, such as canceling constraints on renting, express delivery, transportation, advertisement, technical inspection and analysis, packaging and other distribution areas. Under this rules, foreign logistics providers have entered China one after another. They have great advantage in business and management, such as large amount of capital, regular operations, rich experience, high quality service and professional personnel. On the contrary, logistics in China started very late and has some inherent problems during the development. Therefore, China must spare no time to develop modern logistics so as to compete with foreign companies. In a fierce competition with overseas logistics service provider, China's logistics industry is encountering increasing pressures and opportunities. It is wise to make a timely overall strategic planning in this respect so as to facilitate a healthy development of logistics industry, and further to promote China's foreign trade and international business. Most important of all, we should attach importance to international logistics demand analysis, and strengthen the international logistics demand management so as to realize the logistics rationalization.This paper researches with the center point of the development and countermeasure of international logistics in China by theories, retrospecting and combing detailed the basic theories of the International logistics, bringing to the derivation definition of the international logistics gradually and elaborating the influence factors and importance of the international logistics, and its relationship with the international trade. In this basis, the paper adopts the grey model and analyzes quantitatively the relationship between china's logistics industry and the iron and steel industry's international trade condition and the factors which influence the international business by applying the analytical means of the grey connection, and analyzes the present development condition of international logistics in China deeply, and then points out the problems that exist in the development of international logistics in China. At last, some advices and development countermeasures are given to the development of the International Logistics in China from macroscopic and microcosmic two levels.The thesis researches theoretically, substantially and also in a comparative way to get some valuable conclusion and data, aiming to have certain direction and reference to the development of the logistics industry in china.
