Based on X-Norlan Model and Mische model in information system theory, this thesis primarily uses normal analysis, empirical analysis and comparison analysis method. From the perspective of banks information, it analysis China's tax information development in-depth. It also raise a certain unique and innovative ideas, opinions.The thesis is divided into six parts including introduction and conclusion.Introduction briefly explains the theme of this thesis, the starting point and the main purpose of the study. Introduction also introduces the research progress and illustrate main research methods and innovation.The first part provides a brief explanation of the concept and content of information technology. Base on information stage division of X-Norlan and Mische model, analysis the main content of tax information technology and bank information technology.The second part summarizes the main four major stages of tax information development, and analyze the lack of unified planning, delayed reform of collection and management, the low quality of information, prominent security gaps and other issues.The third part describes the last century electronic building phase of the China Banking business , penetration stage of information technology to be widely used and developed, the new stage of the 21st century financial information . This part also summarizes the bank's information technology development success stories, analysis the main problems.The fourth is the focus of this paper. Base on the empirical research foundation, the thesis compare the banking information, analysis the development strategy of the future tax information, direction and focus on the issues, and put forward some suggestions.
