| With the environmental issues increasingly becoming the focus of people's attention, "Sustainable Development" has become the common goal for the development of every country. In this case, the traditional supply chain management gradually converts to Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM), and whether is compatible with the environment has become the major objective of supply chain management. However, at present, the enterprises in China still have many barriers in the process of implementing GSCM, the cooperation among enterprises is very imperfect, and the enterprises can hardly trust each other and share the information, which resulted that the coordination of supply chain is poor. Therefore, these problems have seriously influenced the operation and development of Green Supply Chain (GSC).According to the analysis above, this paper will take emphasis on the research of cooperation relationship and coordinative mechanisms of GSC. Firstly, this paper deeply researched the cooperative relationships of GSC, and further intended to construct the cooperation models of the GSC enterprise relationship, which were based on the cooperative relationships of supply chain as the theoretical basis. Secondly, this paper constructed the foundation model of coordination mechanism of GSC relationships from four levels by analyzing and taking the five barriers (such as incentive obstacle, trust barrier, asymmetric information, behavior barrier and system design obstacles etc.) and also taking these barriers as the research objects. Finally, from the related theories of the influence factors above, this paper analyzed five coordinative mechanisms of GSC relationships with emphasis, and also gave some beneficial comments and suggestions. This fundamental research, specially the macroscopic system design research, had breakthroughs in the current theoretical research of GSC coordinative mechanism considering environmental factors, and this research had provided the theoretical guides to some extent for the enterprise's implementation coordination of GSC. |
