According to this, this paper will discuss the aspects of the operation mode of coordinative business based on information flow management and try to model coordinative business chain which suit supply chain to operate coordinatively.Coordinative business chain by way of distributing, different structure, relaxing coupling complicated system can be looked upon independence, distributing and cooperative characteristics Multi-Agent System. So, the technology of based on distributing artificial intelligence Multi-Agent can be applied to coordinative business chain, which of intelligence level can be increased. Technology of agent is already widely used for business chain management, information integrated, workshop task and scheduler. According to coordinative business chain, the members of supply chain can be abstracted into agents, which are stand-alone entities in the circumstances of coordinative business. And it has its own knowledge, object and ability. The coordination between the members of supply chain can be looked upon as the coordination of agent entities. Distributive model of coordinative business chain based on Multi-Agent is built. It can provide frame structure of universal, on-limits, concurrent for coordinative business chain,in favor of its study and realization.
