Research On The Regional Interaction And Regional Coordinative Development In China

Unbalanced economy development in regions is an external economic and social phenomena, generally existing in developed and developing countries, including China. In this thesis, setting out from the practical demand of regional economy coordination in China, axed with the regional mutual activity and coordination, the author elaborates the status and the cause of unequilibria, indicates the necessity and possibility of regional mutual activity and coordination, proposes a model adaptable and presents the measures to solve the unequilibria.Part 1, Chapter 1&2. On the region definition, the effect of regional activity and coordination, the influence on our national economy. Analysis on the developing status in our regions, the main blocks in mutual activity and coordination: Preference of national micro economic policy, regional baffles generating from the current administrative system, the influence of unbalanced financial policy on central macro control.Part 2, Chapter 3&4. Indicators of regional economy development unequilibria; the causes of unequilibria (regional infrastructure, micro policy and regulations, element flow and rentability, regional economy configuration and government dominant system, and so on); analyzing the macro and micro policies two developed countries USA and UK, two developing countries Brazil and India. The comparison analysis of those countries in two different grades of development provides reference to our regional mutual activity and coordination.Part 3, Chapter 5 & 6 & 7. Analyzing the characteristic and evaluation of regional economy system by dissipation theory, presenting it is necessary to control the regional economy system, make the system in low entropy situation, develop systematically, optimize the regional economy structure, facilitate the society to develop normally orderly and harmoniously. Thereafter, elaborate four systems (market system, cooperation system, mutual help system and support system), propose different development models (mutual activity zone with mid-west regions, market intervention model, government intervention model...), constitute the theoretic frame of our regional economy coordinative development. Finally, point out the 4 systems supplement and complement each other, compose a new system to improve our regional mutual activity and coordination, present the detailed solutions in micro, and put forward the idea to facilitate the coordination in east, central, west areas, with the axis of Changjiang economy zone and studying the reconstruction of northeastern industrial base, and based on grads transfer theory.At last, this thesis conclude the achievement and innovation, advance the research direction in the future.
