The Research On Enterprise Knowledge Value Chain Management Under New Economy

This paper is based on value chain management and topmost theory of knowledge management, which synthetically uses some theories and methods, such as management, economics, and knowledge economics. Through deeply analyzing a series of questions of enterprise knowledge value chain management under New Economy, we construct elementary theories and method systems of enterprise knowledge value chain management.Main content of this paper is following:At first, this text summarize the implication and characteristic of value chain management, knowledge management and knowledge value chain, and analyze their existing limitation on the foundation of studying current situation of the concerning knowledge management and value chain both at home and abroad. Consider only combining the theory and method of value chain management and knowledge management at present together to transform into theory and method of new knowledge value chain, which improving the abilities enterprises in knowledge acquisition, production, application, thus keeping the competition advantage of enterprises continuously.Secondly, through studying the relation between the knowledge chain of enterprises and value chain, provide the concept of enterprise knowledge value chain based on competitive strategy, represent the essential characteristic and function of enterprise knowledge value chain, has analyzed the relation of the knowledge value chain and enterprise's key competitiveness.Thirdly, based on the research on increment principle of enterprise knowledge value chain, we advance value increment flow model of knowledge value chain, and furthermore we construct and analyze the driving model of knowledge value chain by this.In addition, this paper advances driving model of enterprise knowledge value. It also constructs content system of enterprise knowledge value chain management based on driving model of enterprise knowledge value and method system of enterprise knowledge value chain management grounded on strategy of enterprise knowledge value chain.Lastly, this article are applied to the confirming study of Beijing Changtian, and boost up the theory of knowledge value chain management's practical significance.
