The study about actuation, assessment and management of the Customer loyalty is a new perspective. At present, many experts at home and abroad have conducted the study of Customer Loyalty, however which are still have a lot of room for improvement study. Up to now, the research on Customer Loyalty is still in the theoretical stage, and has not some effective suggestions proposed (such as: how to measure and assess the Customer Loyalty, how to improve and manage the Customer Loyalty etc), which are taking qualitative analysis as the main and lack of quantitative research.Through in-depth analyzing the relevant theoretical system of Customer Loyalty, this paper analyzed the actuation factor, proposed the actuation model and also researches for example the assessment of the customer loyalty. In the present situation of still competition and the weak management of Customer Loyalty, this paper had conducted a systemic research to Customer loyalty through using advanced research results form abroad and also in light of domestic's particular circumstances. This research proposed a set of effective methods to enterprises from searching for loyal customers to maintenance, assessment and promotion of Customer Loyalty, which are used to guide the practice of enterprise, optimize the allocation of resources and improve the capacity of achieving profits.
