With the rapid rising of some region in the world such as Italy's textile industry clusters, the American silicon valley's IT industry clusters, Zhejiang Province's massive economy and so on, the industry clusters, as a mode of industry oganizations intervenient by enterprise and market, which has already had the positive influence to the local economy development and aroused more and more social interests. Therefore, it has become a strategic mentality of promoting industry clusters and developing the region economy that makes good use of industry clusters superiority, establishes the regional brand, raises the brand strength of industry clusters.The regional brand based on industry clusters is a complex of region economy, industry clusters, brand marketing and so on, are remarkable significant of the high phase of industry clusters. Contrasted of enterprise brand and regional brand, the article analyzes the characteristic of regional brand, elaborates the relation of the regional brand and industry clusters, the pattern and function of marketing main body organization of regional brand such as government, profession association, cluster enterprise, the marketing strategy, design, registration, use and management, marketing strategy such as regional brand interior marketing, vivid marketing, cooperation marketing, internet marketing and so on. It points out some questions like the male tragedy in the regional brand marketing, and proposes the concrete counter-measures and suggestions on the existence questions. It studies the regional brand marketing case of potato of Dingxi in Gansu Province.
