Industrial cluster a breakthrough in enterprise and the single industry boundaries,focusing on a specific area, with competition and cooperation between enterprises,institutions, government, non-governmental organizations and other interactive. Thisenables them to from a whole region system on the economy, the coordinateddevelopment of society, to study may constitute a specific regional competitiveadvantage of industry cluster, considering adjacent areas of competition and cooperation,rather than considering some of the individual industrial and narrow geographicalinterest. At present, our country appeared a batch have strong competitive advantages ofindustrial clusters, but the industry cluster in our country, compared with has the worldinfluence of foreign industry cluster as the Silicon Valley in the United States, Frenchperfume, Italy’s so-called" third Italy" area, industry cluster in our country and theinfluence of the cluster brand famous degree wait for a respect far insufficient still high,but also some set development encountered a bottleneck, technical level, innovativedriving force inadequacy, which lack a number of internationally competitive industrialclusters. Therefore, in order to make our country industry cluster development andgrowth, enhances our country industry cluster in the domestic and international famousdegree, need to cultivate regional brand based on industry clusters, with outstandingbrand of industrial cluster development and growth, achieved by the cost competition tobrand competition in the transition.As the world economy recovers, the corporeal culture demand increasing, thefireworks consumption demand is also growing, therefore, as the main producing areasof the world fireworks Liuyang will usher in a good development opportunity. Thisarticle from the perspective of industrial group in regional brand related theory, theintegrated use of quantitative research method of model analysis, investigation method,statistical analysis and other research methods, analysis of enterprise brands andregional brand relationship, the development of industrial cluster and regional brandinteraction, as well as the regional brand cultivation analysis model, a comprehensiveelaboration of regional brand based on industry clusters to cultivate basic content.Finally, Liuyang fireworks industry cluster as a case, according to the Liuyangfireworks industry cluster development history and current situation, construction ofLiuyang fireworks industry cluster effect evaluation index system, combining with thetheoretical part of Liuyang firework clusters, regional brand construction and putsforward relevant countermeasures.
