In the course of human resources development and management, performance appraisal is one of the basic jobs and the core of other management jobs. The purpose the performance appraisal is to supply foundation for employee sales standard, position adjustment and resources deployment through objective, impartial and accurate employee evaluation. And performance appraisal is helpful to improve employee behavior achievement, thereby improve company's performance through sustained and dynamic appraisal and communication.This article introduces concept, content and methods of performance, performance appraisal and performance appraisal system firstly. Secondly the article describes present performance appraisal situation in HongHong Compliance Company. Thirdly, according to present problems in performance appraisal jobs, the author designs a set of performance appraisal system. The first step of building performance appraisal system is to set up directive appraisal rules and process regulations. The second step is to select different appraisal indicators and standards for different employees. The third step is to establish feedback and appeal regulations to ensure justness of appraisal result and to adjust the system for next period of appraisal. Through the above-mentioned steps, a reasonable and complete performance appraisal system is set up. Finally, in order to ensure new appraisal system successful operation and reasonable use of appraisal result, the article analyses some possible barriers in implementation of performance appraisal, so raises many measures for corresponding barriers.The article mainly analyses appraisal jobs in private medium and small-sized enterprises and builds a set of uncomplicated, flexible and easy operating performance appraisal system. The system is general direction for the medium and samll-sized enterprises.
