Through the above-mentioned steps, a reasonable and complete performance appraisal system is set up. Finally, in order to ensure new appraisal system successful operation and reasonable use of appraisal result, the article analyses some possible barriers in implementation of performance appraisal, so raises many measures for corresponding barriers.The article mainly analyses appraisal jobs in private medium and small-sized enterprises and builds a set of uncomplicated, flexible and easy operating performance appraisal system.
