Along with the arrival the global economic integration time, the scope of competition expands rapidly, and the degree of competition intensifies unprecedentedly. The competition of talented person is increasingly fierce, the resource flow of high quality's human is also getting much quicker. As the key point of the power that promotes the enterprise's competitive, the establishment of the performance appraisal system appears more and more important. It is the important guarantee of the self-promotion of the enterprise and the achievement of the strategic target unceasingly to implement performance appraisal and pay close attention to performance improvement.The industrial production enterprise is also facing the dilemma how to carry out the performance appraisal scientifically, ustifiablely and effectively. This article's main purpose is to analyze the present situation of the production personnel's performance appraisal of the XH steel factory. In view of the question of the production personnel's performance appraisal, for example:the performance appraisal system is imperfect; the performance appraisal goal established unreasonable; the application of the result of performance appraisal becomes a mere formality; the performance appraisal lacks the effective communication, this article will establish a set of scientific and practical production personnel's performance appraisal system for the XH steel factory, which revolves scientifically, standard, usefully, and adapts the management requests of modern enterprise. Furthermore, the article will develop the corresponding management information system for the purpose that the informationizational management will promote the development of the enterprise more accelerately.The paper is divided into six parts to expound. The part one puts forward the research background, research content and research mentality. The part two elaborates the correlational theories of the performance appraisal. The part three analyzes the present situation of the production personnel's performance appraisal system of XH steel factory. The part fore designs detailedly the production personnel's performance appraisal system of XH steel factory from the target selection and the weight assignment of the performance appraisal indicator and so on unioning to the analysis results of the enterprise'present situation. The part five develops the information system of production personnel's performance appraisal system of XH steel factory. According to the production personnel's performance appraisal system designed by the front two chapters, depending on the advanced computer technology, it carries on the actual computer system development. The part six summarizes and evaluates the performance appraisal system and the system development of the performance appraisal system of XH steel factory.
